Any Wednesday evening when the weather appears unsuitable for travelling the Instructors will make a decision  BY 5pm whether or not to open Club.

 It will be each member’s responsibility to check if Club will be open by phoning either person listed below AFTER 5pm.

 In the event of bad weather closing in later than 5pm, every effort will be made to contact members by telephone. Do be aware that Hartest is reached via narrow country lanes and weather conditions can often be worse there than on main roads.

 IF IN ANY DOUBT telephone before leaving home!
